Job Title
Hygiene Officer (Luxury & Lifestyle)
Responsibilities
- Roll out food safety programs based on HACCP standards.
- Train food handlers on hygiene and safety, keeping skills sharp.
- Run refresher courses to keep staff up to speed, yeah?
- Check that staff are sticking to hygiene rules, giving feedback fast.
- Team up with department heads to sort hygiene issues.
- Dig into food safety data and customer gripes, reporting to the boss.
- Keep records of audits, checks, and hygiene forms tidy.
- Inspect vendors with the purchase team to ensure quality.
- Tweak and boost hygiene standards across the board.

Requirements
Education
Degree in food safety or related field; HACCP Level 4 required.
Experience
At least 2 years in a hygiene role, ideally in hotels.
