Responsibilities

  • Start every guest’s visit with a big, genuine welcome.
  • Haul luggage to rooms or cars, keeping things smooth and careful.
  • Pop open doors and steer guests to the lobby or concierge with a smile.
  • Tip guests off about Dubai’s gems—think Jumeirah Beach or a night market stroll—based on their vibe.
  • Hook them up with taxis or shuttles in a snap.
  • Tackle guest questions fast, smoothing out any small snags with ease.
  • Keep the entrance spotless, living up to the St. Regis’s luxe look.
  • Buddy up with the front desk and concierge teams to keep the guest experience tight.
  • Spot anything odd at the entrance and give management a heads-up.
  • Rock a sleek uniform and keep your look sharp at all times.
  • Jump into valet parking duties when the place is hopping.
  • Scratch down guest requests or incidents in the hotel’s log.
  • Stay in the know about hotel events, deals, and what’s popping in Dubai.
  • Pitch in with guest tasks for other teams when they need a hand.
  • Stick to the hotel’s playbook on safety, privacy, and top-notch service.

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Any hospitality or customer service classes are a bonus, not a dealbreaker.

Experience

  • No work history needed to jump in.
  • A little time dealing with customers gives you a leg up, but it isn’t a must.

Skills

  • Killer people skills to click with guests from all over.
  • Real passion for making every guest’s day a bit brighter.
