The Graphic Designer role at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • Create fun visuals for social media, signs, menus, and flyers.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage folks to make branded stuff.
  • Build graphics and animations for ads on websites, apps, and social media.
  • Follow Hyatt’s brand rules to keep designs looking sharp and consistent.
  • Stay in the loop on design trends to bring new ideas to hotel promotions.
  • Handle printing and production tasks with outside vendors when needed.
  • Update designs for special events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Turn marketing plans into visuals that help the hotel shine.
  • Keep all design files tidy and easy to find.
  • Help make hotel events look amazing with custom branding.
  • Fix designs based on what the team or others suggest.
  • Make sure guest-facing visuals are top-notch.
  • Join team chats to come up with new marketing ideas.
  • Get designs done on time, even when things are busy.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or something similar.

Experience

2 years doing graphic design, ideally for hotels, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.

Skills

  • Really good at using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Able to turn ideas into designs that grab attention.
  • Great eye for fonts, layouts, and colors.
  • Can handle a few projects at once in a fast-paced place.
  • Good at talking and working with different teams.
  • Some video editing skills (like Premiere Pro) are a nice extra.

Knowledge

  • Know how to keep a brand’s look the same across designs.
  • Understand online marketing and social media trends.
  • Familiar with print production and dealing with vendors.
  • Aware of what’s trendy in hotel and lifestyle design.
  • Know how to make visuals that help business goals.
  • Understand UAE’s cultural and market design preferences.
