Job Description

Gems founder school at Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking the status of a kindergarten Arabian teacher. This full -time, on site is a unique opportunity for teachers who are emotional about childhood education. The elected candidate will play an important role in presenting young students in Arabic in an assistant and attractive learning environment. Applications for those who have taught for at least two years, especially in children or elementary school, will have a preference. For this job it is necessary to have fluid both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Develop and put in place lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess student , actually, progress, providing timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote , look, cross-curricular learning opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents , you know, about student development and classroom activities.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with early years or primary students.

Skills

  • Strong subject knowledge in Arabic language instruction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
  • Effective classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Ability to engage young learners through creative teaching methods.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Knowledge

  • Familiarity with early childhood education methodologies.
  • Understanding of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
  • Awareness of cultural sensitivities in an international school setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.
