Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes
- Handle guest drink and snack orders with care and speed
- Keep the bar tidy and stocked throughout the shift
- Provide drink recommendations when asked
- Manage tabs, process payments, and ensure accurate billing
When necessary, help the dining staff deliver meals. - Inspection All security and pure guidelines, especially during rush hour.
- Before and after the shift, refill the supply and inspect the inventory.
- Keep the latest menu and special offer.
- Keep a welcome and acceptable performance at the bar.
- Answer the visitors to the inquiry or complaints.
- Respond professionally to inquiries or grievances from visitors.
- Follow local licensing laws and hotel alcohol policies
- Report low stock, equipment issues, or guest concerns to management
- Work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- High school certificate required
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
Experience
- At least 1 year behind the bar, preferably in a hotel or cocktail lounge
- Comfortable with mixing classic cocktails and working solo when needed
Skills
- Clear and confident communication
- Strong memory for orders and drink recipes
- Calm and efficient during peak hours
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS terminals
- Warm, engaging approach to customer service
