Job Title

Customer Care Officer – HNI Escalations and Service Excellence

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of customer complaints, especially from HNI clients, and make sure they’re handled quickly and fairly
  • Work with teams across logistics, repair, sales, and service to find the best fix
  • Track each case clearly from start to finish — follow up, update, and close
  • Handle escalations coming through email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Suggest refunds, replacements, or goodwill gestures when needed
  • Keep detailed records and prepare regular internal reports
  • Look at trends in complaints and help prevent future issues
  • Support internal audits and keep communication records tidy and accurate
  • Keep customers in the loop — even if there’s a delay, they should never be left guessing
  • Act as a calm, confident voice when things get heated

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a deal-breaker if you’ve got strong experience

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role — retail, e-commerce, or service is ideal
  • Background in electronics or similar products is a plus
  • Experience working with HNI clients or escalations is a bonus

Key Skills

  • Clear, confident communication in English
  • You’re comfortable juggling a few things at once — multitasking comes naturally
  • Solid Excel skills for logging and tracking cases
  • You know when to escalate and when to just fix the issue yourself
  • Emotional intelligence — the ability to read a situation and respond appropriately
