Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms while sharing helpful hotel information
- Retrieve luggage upon request or at check-out
- Store and organize bags according to procedures
- Support front desk staff with guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bell desk and equipment
- Assist guests with directions, local tips, or transport arrangements
- Provide fast, friendly help for special requests
- Respond quickly to calls for assistance with bags or room moves
- Deliver items such as packages or room service when needed
- Handle guest property with care and attention
- Stay alert in the lobby to help whenever needed
- Relay any guest concerns to the appropriate team
- Follow safety procedures and secure lost items
- Remain professional and courteous at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
High school completion is preferred
Experience
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Newcomers with strong interpersonal skills may be considered
Skills:
