Import/Export industry is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to their clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about their products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Assistant
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Log all contacts in their customer database system accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing.
Requirements of Customer Service Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
