Requirements and Qualifications
Education

Experience
At least 2 years in textile printing is expected. Should know the machines and how to work with fabric.
Skills
- Good with Caldera or similar print software.

- Knows how to keep colors and alignment in check.
- Handles time well and stays organized during print runs.
- Comfortable with team-based work and solo shifts.
- Communicates clearly on the floor.
Knowledge
- Experience with cotton, poly, blends, and specialty fabrics.
- Understands how heat affects fabric types.
- Familiar with ICC profiles and how to get color right.
- Knows the risks of shrinkage and how to prevent it.
- Understands sublimation steps from start to finish.
- Keeps equipment running through proper maintenance.
