Talent & Culture Coordinator at Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) Accor Dubai is responsible to support the Talent & Culture team in managing employee relations, training, and HR administration, fostering a positive work environment onboard the QE2.
Responsibilities of Talent & Culture Coordinator
- In charge of the Heartist accommodation & Cafeteria, in line with all policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular walk through and inspection of Heartists rooms and facilities for anything unusual to be noted and reported and work closely with Engineering department to report and coordinate any repair or maintenance of Heartist rooms and facilities.
- Conduct the Talent & Culture orientation for new joiners to ensure they are familiar with the company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintaining records of personnel related data in both hard and digital copies and ensure all employment requirements are meat and generate reports as needed.
- Celebrate birthdays and initiate / execute employee engagement activities.

Requirements of Talent & Culture Coordinator
- Diploma or degree in HR management.
- 2 plus years of previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5 star hotel.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and department functionalities.
