Responsibilities of Document Controller
- Create, manage, and maintain electronic and physical document filing systems.
- Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
- Monitor and track document revisions and updates.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the development and implementation of document control procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements of Document Controller
