Job Requirements of Middle Leaders

The requirements for the job role of Middle Leaders are as under:

• Hold a B.Ed. or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.

• Have proven experience of teaching primary and secondary levels.
• Have proven experience in a similar role subject lead/phase lead.
