Job Description
A full-time security supervisor role is open at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, but only for UAE Nationals. The job is on-site and hands-on. Watching entrances, ensuring the safety of guests, and ensuring your crew is where they need to be will need you to move around a lot. People will turn to you if anything appears strange. Because it’s a leadership role, it helps to have worked with people before. You will write up reports of accidents, lead your team throughout shifts, and make sure that safety rules are followed. Having worked in hotels is helpful, especially if you have worked in a busy location. It’s important to be able to talk to each other clearly, know how to put out a fire, and give first aid.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Not required, but fire and first aid certificates are a plus.
Experience:
- Must have worked in hotel security or public space safety.
- Team lead experience is helpful.
- Needs to know basic emergency procedures.
Skills:
- Confident speaker.
- Alert and focused.
- Can lead small groups.
- Knows how to stay calm under pressure.
- Able to use radios, logs, and tracking tools.
- Good judgment on the spot.
Knowledge:
- Guest safety protocols.
- How to use security systems.
