Job Description
There’s an opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai with one of the fastest-growing Airbnb management companies in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role that runs 48 hours per week and it’s not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, checking properties, making sure everything’s cleaned to standard, and helping the team stay on track. The client is managing over 650 units, so things move fast. They’re looking for someone who’s worked in a cleaning company before not hotels and understands what real quality control means. This role is hands-on. You’ll train cleaners, inspect finished work, give feedback (good or bad), and flag any gaps to the Housekeeping Manager. If you’ve been a senior cleaner or team lead and want a step up, this could be it.

Responsibilities
- Be on the ground, checking that cleaning tasks are done properly.
- Train both new and existing cleaners on how things should be done.
- Walk through properties after cleaning; fix what’s not up to the mark.
- Report directly to the housekeeping manager about any issues.
- Keep track of how the team is performing and where things slip.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No degree needed. Experience matters more here.
Experience
- Must have worked in a cleaning company, not hotel housekeeping.
- At least 2–3 years in cleaning or team supervision.
- Experience training staff and checking quality.
Skills
- Hands-on leadership.
- Eye for detail can spot what others miss.
- Confident in giving real feedback.
- Knows how to organize people and tasks.
- Familiar with cleaning materials and equipment.
- Clear communication with management and staff.
Knowledge
- Health and safety in residential cleaning.
- Basic cleaning protocols and inspection methods.
- Use of common cleaning tools/products.
- Time scheduling and shift coordination.
- UAE property standards.
- Handling complaints or missed tasks.
