Job Description
RAKBANK is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role holder is responsible to strategically identify, attract, and recruit top talent, aligning recruitment initiatives with the bank’s goals and culture, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist
- End to end responsibility for recruitment process of specialists & mid-level roles.
- Development of future-oriented recruiting strategy, through close collaboration with our businesses.
- Constantly improving our candidate journey for each candidate who comes into contact with RAKBANK as an employer.
- Support on communicating our Employee Value Proposition and ensuring prospective employees in the market know why RAKBANK is an exceptional place to work.
- Proactively sourcing the best talent for RAKBANK (e.g. via talent pool mapping).
- Improving our emerging talent proposition.
Requirements of Talent Acquisition Specialist
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
- 4-5 years of experience within talent acquisition and inhouse resourcing / recruitment of senior roles.
- Experience of interview methodology and working in cross-functional teams.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- An understanding of people-related challenges and future industry trends.
- Ability to pick up information quickly and strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability and experience of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
