Job Description
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an emotional and versatile plumber and general technician to join the Dynamic Engineering team at Radisson Red on Abu Dhabi. This full time, on site provides an exciting opportunity for professional on hands to ensure effective maintenance and repair of general features throughout the hotel. Responsibilities
Main Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs on domestic hot/cold water systems, sewage systems, irrigation, fountains, and swimming pools.
- Replace and install bathroom and toilet fixtures across guest rooms and public spaces.
- Resolve blockages in sewage and stormwater systems using tools such as sneaker machines or rope rings.
- Carry out fabrication and installation using GI, PVC, and cast iron piping.
- Maintain cleanliness in plant rooms and workshops.
- Contribute to the hotel’s Energy Conservation Program.
- Complete all types of general maintenance tasks as required.
Occasional Duties
- Assist other departments with facility setups for events or promotional activities.
- Coordinate with external contractors under the direction of maintenance supervisors.
- Cooperate with fellow engineers and team members to deliver high service standards.
Requirements and qualifications
Education and experience
- The experience of hotel maintenance is compulsory.
- Technical background or vocational training in plumbing or mechanical trades is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment and materials for plumbing and general maintenance.
Skills and characteristics
- Basic electric and plumbing knowledge.
- Problem solving skills and an active attitude on your hands.
- Team player with good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and ready to take on new challenges with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Physical and comfortable working in different environments.

Applicants must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates, preferably in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
