Job Description

Double Tree by Hilton in Dubai is looking for a reliable, humble and customer -focused driver to join their hotel team. As a driver you play an important role in providing a memorable experience for their guests, by providing safe and time transport services, maintaining vehicle cleaning and maintaining high hospitality standards, known to Hilton.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and handle the goods if necessary.
  • Provide transport services for hotel guests and visitors, and secure time bans and security.
  • Receive parks and guest vehicles with harmony and responsibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and security for all hotel vehicles.
  • Be informed about hotel services, VIP guest requirements, and local events.
  • Show knowledge of the most important places, sites, and attractions of Doha.
  • Make sure hotel security, fire safety, and health and safety rules ensure
  • Represent the hotel with a professional and customer-friendly performance all the time.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education required; relevant training or certifications are a plus

Experience

Minimum 2 years of driving experience in a hotel, leisure, or retail environment preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Clean driving license/record.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm, discreet, and courteous manner.
  • Basic knowledge of the Doha area and surrounding landmarks.
  • Strong organizational abilities and customer service orientation.
