Job Description

ENGIE Solutions Middle East looking for a skilled and experienced cleaner to join Dubai’s operating team. It is a full-time status on the site that is beneficial for candidates who are proud to maintain high hygiene standards and are committed to health, safety and satisfaction for customers. The cleaning will be responsible for keeping the specified areas clean and organized, including cleaning floors, toilet, furniture and windows and basic maintenance functions. The successful candidate will be an active team player who is able to work independently and supports other employees to ensure that all hygiene and operating standards are constantly fulfilled.

Job Title

Cleaner (Skilled).

Responsibilities

  • Pure building floor with sweeping, moping, scrub or vacuuming techniques.
  • Definition and disposal of waste with responsibility.
  • Enter the clean, hygiene and toilet.
  • Follow appropriate procedures to use chemical cleaners and serviced equipment to avoid damage.
  • Monitor the safety and safety of the building by closing the doors and checking the equipment after hours.
  • Notify guiders of major repair or further cleaning requirements.
  • Cleaning and equipment for the requirement when the stock is low.
  • Set and decompose tables, chairs and decorations for events and meetings.
  • Spray pesticides and fumigants to control pests.
  • Clean and Polish furniture, fixtures, mirrors, windows and glass division.
  • Dust surfaces such as furniture, machines and walls.
  • Prepare a cleaning solution by mixing water with appropriate chemicals.
  • Use steam or shampoo machines for deep clean blankets.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Secondary School Certificate.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years and less than 15 years of cleaning experience in a similar role.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in cleaning practices.
