Job Description

Nathan and Nathan is looking for a senior cleaner to join them in United Arab Emirates. It is a full -time role on the site that requires 48 hours of work per week. Senior Cleaner will work directly with the cleaning manager to maintain the company’s cleaning standards in over 650 properties. This role includes training, quality control and performance monitoring on the hands of cleaning workers. Ideal candidates will have strong inspection skills and past experiences in a cleaning company (not hotel -based role). Focus on strong communication and expansion is necessary. Depending on the candidates’ experience and skills, a competitive salary will be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Train new and present cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and business standards.
  • Conduct frequent checks of cleaned properties to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Report performance problems and on-site notes to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Ensure all homes meet cleaning and presentation standards before guest check-in.
  • Actively help with on-ground activities when needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff and support a mindset of accountability and growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • No formal education required
  • Must have experience in a cleaning company (not hotels or hospitality industry)

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning and team supervision

Skills

  • Team training and coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Time management.
  • Verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving.

Knowledge

  • Use of cleaning tools and materials.
  • Health and safety standards in cleaning.
