As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office in Education industry Dubai. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to their team members as needed.
Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements for the role of Office Assistant
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- Hospitality certification is preferred.
- Having experience of less than 1 year in relevant role.
