The client is a leading firm, renowned for their expertise across diverse sectors and quality services provided to support major projects across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities of Bids and Pursuits Manager
- Bids and Pursuits Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s business development efforts for the Middle East.
- The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of bidding for new business opportunities.
- Pursuing potential clients in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- This would involve conducting thorough research of target markets to identify areas of growth and develop intelligence to inform bid strategies.
- The candidate will be at forefront of proposal development.
- Develope tailored proposals & presentations to communicate company’s value proposition and gain competitive advantage.
- Role would involve aspects of project management, implementing best practices and tools to streamline the bid management process& enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regular reviews of the outcomes of bid submissions to maintain compliance standards.
- Collate valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement of the wider bids function.
- The client is looking to hire someone with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Candidate would be coupled with a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client.
Requirements of Bids and Pursuits Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, marketing or any other relevant field.
- 3+ year prior experience of Bid/Pursuits Management working for a multinational firm within professional services or a global consultancy.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing winning bids.
