The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Al Futtaim Group will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Blue App CRM Marketing channels, managing the App CMS, Mobile attribution tool, and Marketing Automation tools. Also you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and the Tech/Data team on implementing changes to system to enhance the performance of digital strategies and grow digital presence.
Duties of Digital Marketing Manager
- Responsible for managing and optimising the Blue “Mar-Tech” platform (Monday.com, Bloomreach, CMS.
- Lead the in-app games strategy, implementation and management of Blue Games in the Blue App aligned with Blue key business goals.
- Collaborate with the product development team to integrate marketing goals with Content Management System (CMS) capabilities.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for marketing teams to effectively utilise the CMS, empowering them to manage and optimize content autonomously.
- Define and achieve the CRM KPIs aligned with overall Marketing and business Goals.
- CRM campaigns planning and continuous optimizations to align and achieve CRM KPIs, working closely with Brands.
Requirements for Senior Digital Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology and platforms, focusing on CRM loyalty.
- Proven experience in team management.
Skills Desired
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CMS platforms, and Mobile Attribution tools such as HCL DX, IBM WebSphere, monday.com, Bloomreach, Firebase, and Adjust is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile technology is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM loyalty marketing, including a solid understanding of concepts and best practices.
