Job Description

GMG is hiring a professional Baker for their team in Abu Dhabi. You will prepare and bake different types of bread, follow recipes, and keep the kitchen clean and safe. This job is ideal for someone with baking experience and a passion for making fresh products.

Responsibilities of the Baker

  • Prepare and bake breads (Arabic, French, Portuguese)
  • Mix ingredients and follow the recipe
  • Operate bakery machines and tools
  • Label and store baked products
  • Keep the baking area clean and follow hygiene rules
  • Work with the warehouse to get supplies
  • Follow daily production plans

Requirements

  • Experience in baking and working in a kitchen
  • Knowledge of different types of bread
  • Can follow hygiene and safety standards
  • Able to use bakery equipment
  • Good time management and teamwork
