Job Description

 GMG is hiring a skilled Butcher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will cut, trim, and prepare meat based on customer needs. This job is perfect for someone with experience in meat preparation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut and trim meat as per customer requests
  • Ensure proper weight, size, and quality of meat portions
  • Label and display meat products
  • Rotate stock and check for freshness
  • Help customers with product choices
  • Keep the work area clean and follow hygiene rules
  • Manage inventory and report any issues

Requirements

  • Experience as a butcher in retail or food service
  • Knowledge of meat types and cutting techniques
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to follow hygiene and safety rules
  • Attention to detail and product quality
