Job Description

Kinz Group is hiring Thermal Insulators / Fitters to work on construction projects in Dubai. Your main job will be to install and maintain insulation on pipes, ducts, and equipment to save energy and keep systems safe. You will work with other team members to finish projects on time and follow quality rules. You will report to the Site Supervisor. This is a full-time role with overtime pay and training provided.   • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and machines to reduce heat loss
  • Measure and cut insulation materials with hand or power tools
  • Check and fix insulation when needed
  • Work with other construction workers to keep projects on track
  • Follow safety rules and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Work extra hours or weekends when the project needs it
  • Report any problems to the Site Supervisor

Requirements

  • Must-Have: At least 2 years of work experience in thermal insulation or fitting
  • Know how to use tools and measurement instruments
  • Understand UAE labor and safety rules
  • Work well with others and communicate clearly
  • Must be fit and able to work long hours if needed
  • Must already be living in the UAE and ready to join immediately
  • Nice-to-Have: Certificate in thermal insulation or mechanical trade
  • Know about materials like fiberglass, mineral wool, or foam
  • Understand MEP systems and basic blueprints
  • Can speak other languages like Arabic or Hindi

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 per month
  • Food Allowance: AED 250 per month
  • Overtime: Paid according to UAE labor law
  • Leave: As per UAE labor law
  • Training: On-the-job training provided
  • Safety: The Company provides safety gear and tools
