Job Description

Rosewoord Hotels are hiring Housekeeping Associate for their luxury hotel to clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards. You will ensure rooms are spotless, neat, and guest-ready, while also addressing guest requests and reporting any room issues. This role demands hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Location & Work Type

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Job Type: Full-time 
  • Shift: Day shift 

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to top standards
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest items as needed
  • Report broken items or anything unusual in the rooms
  • Clean furniture and floors (dust, polish, vacuum, etc.)
  • Help guests politely and solve their problems
  • Keep your cleaning cart stocked and tidy
  • Follow hotel rules and keep guest rooms private

Requirements

  • Must-Have: At least 1 year of hotel or housekeeping experience
  • Know how to use cleaning supplies safely
  • Able to lift, bend, and stand for long hours
  • Good with time and detail
  • Speak and understand English well
  • Work well alone and with a team
  • Preferred: Finished high school or similar
  • Know luxury hotel cleaning rules (like LQA/Forbes)
  • Speak another language 
  • Know how to track or report supplies
