Key Responsibilities

  • For Terminal Operators
  • Drive forklifts, reach stackers, and other port equipment
  • Load and unload goods in the terminal
  • Move containers across the yard
  • Check the equipment to make sure it works properly
  • Assist crane operators and logistics teams
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Help with basic maintenance when needed
  • For Crane Operators
  • Operate gantry or mobile cranes
  • Do safety checks before every shift
  • Carefully load and unload containers
  • Report any equipment issues quickly
  • Keep logs of crane operations
  • Follow safety and port operation guidelines
  • Work with the team to maintain steady cargo flow

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • For Terminal Operators:
  • 1–3 years of experience in terminal or logistics work
  • Skilled in using forklifts, reach stackers, or similar machines
  • Team player with a strong safety mindset
  • For Crane Operators:
  • 2–5 years of experience operating gantry or mobile cranes (ports preferred)
  • Good focus and coordination
  • Always follows safety rules

Preferred

  • For Terminal Operators:
  • Experience with cargo tracking or warehouse systems
  • Knowledge of port operations, especially in Dubai
  • Forklift or heavy equipment certification
  • For Crane Operators:
  • Familiarity with automatic crane controls
  • Experience in maritime or cargo-handling jobs
  • An advanced crane license or safety training
