Responsibilities of MIS Reporting Executive

• Support Business units with their day to day data analysis and reporting needs
• Support Business Areas like MIS /reporting, Analysis and ensure the accuracy through effective validation and controls in place.
• Manage stakeholder expectation by prioritizing activities from business and keeping business informed on the status of their respective requests
• Automate activities to the best extent possible for quicker turnarounds and minimize mistakes.
• Provide first line support of the full Business Intelligence solution. Monitor production reports and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis as needed.
• Design product dashboards to reflect product related trends and business objectives on key KPIs for all Consumer Bank lines of business: cross-sell penetration, attrition, usage and other performance management.
• Consult with business partners to understand business objectives and gather requirements, establish priorities and set direction in order to develop and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop key performance metrics such as profitability, cross sell ratios, channel usage, spends, product insights and similar decision recommendations with the objective of identifying predictable and sustainable business decision processes in all retail businesses bank operate.

Role Requirements

The requirements for the job role of MIS Reporting Executive are as under:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 3 years of experience in similar role.
