The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization, with a specific focus on roles related to the automotive industry.
Responsibilities of Corporate Recruiter
- Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions within the automotive industry.
- Manage full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Availability to travel.
Requirements for Role of Corporate Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the automotive industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations and best practices in recruitment.
