Collaborating across teams, refine data models, shape omni-channel experiences, oversee roadmaps, and coordinate feature delivery for successful execution.

Duties of Digital Product Owner

  • Develop, manage, and execute cutting-edge digital product strategies that align with business objectives across assigned portfolios.
  • Dive into qualitative and quantitative data to grasp customer expectations, behaviours, and trends, delivering top-tier digital experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage first-party data models, crafting personalized, omni-channel experiences that amplify brand impact and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Emirates Group stakeholders to architect tailored digital strategies for each brand, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience.
  • Take charge of the Digital Product Strategy, ensuring synergy with marketing teams, amplifying personalization and optimization goals.
  • Utilize data insights, user research, and competitive dynamics to craft innovative product roadmaps that maximize ROI.
  • Manage digital product backlog and create quarterly delivery plans in sync with Emirates Group priorities.

Requirements for Role of Digital Product Owner

The requirements for the job role of Digital Product Owner are as under:

  • Degree with a specialisation in digital communications.
  • A Qualification from a professional marketing institution such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing would be an advantage as would a professional qualification in the Market Research Discipline.
  • 8 years’ experience as a digital product owner, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience specifically within the travel industry.
  • Demonstrable experience working with first party data models to drive personalised experiences.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business value.
  • Knowledge of app technologies and understanding of different programming languages and how they affect web/app build as well as the user experience.
