Responsibilities of Front Desk Receptionist

- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling mail, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide information about the organization, its services, and policies to guests and clients.
Requirements of Front Desk Receptionist
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is typically required.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
