Khaleej times is seeking a skilled and organized Office Admin to join their dynamic team in the textile industry. As the job holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of their office. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities of Office Admin
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Oversee and organize office filing systems and databases.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline office processes.
Requirements of Office Admin
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in the textile industry is advantageous.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an Office Administrator or relevant administrative role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
