Responsibilities of Office Manager
- Oversee day to day office operations and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks.
- Coordinate with department heads for efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle budgeting and financial record keeping.
- Assist in HR related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Requirements of Office Manager
- Diploma or bachelor degree in business or management.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
