Job Description

AM Global On Demand Labors Supply are seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Truck Driver to join our team in the UAE. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to and from designated locations while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities of Heavy Truck Driver

  • Safely drive and operate a tractor-trailer, semi-truck, or similar vehicle to transport goods.
  • Ensure goods are loaded properly, with weight distribution in compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, including speed limits, weight restrictions, and road safety protocols. Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards before embarking on your route.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery or pick-up of goods. Secure loads properly to prevent any damage during transport.
  • Respond appropriately to road incidents or accidents by following protocols and reporting incidents as needed.
  • Efficiently manage any vehicle breakdowns or emergency situations, including arranging repairs or roadside assistance when required.

Requirements for Heavy Truck Driver

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience driving heavy trucks.
  • A valid UAE Driver’s License (Category 4) is mandatory.
