The candidate must have a strong track record in effective teaching and helping students succeed. While experience in teaching the IB Middle Years and Diploma programmers is preferred, outstanding teachers from any curriculum background are encouraged to apply. Job Requirements of Psychology Teacher

• A certified professional teaching qualification at degree level, such as B. Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent specialism in Psychology.
• A minimum of 3 years experience teaching Upper High School / Secondary Psychology, ideally within an IB curriculum school, however this is not mandatory.
• The experience, personality and educational philosophy to continue to drive the education agenda at this flagship GEMS World school catering for students from over 100 countries.
• Experience in supporting or leading the Duke of Edinburgh Award at bronze, silver or gold level, will also be highly favorable, though not mandatory.
