Facility Management industry is presently seeking Customer Service Representative in Dubai. The role holder will act as a front line ambassador for their organization, so must possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top notch customer service.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Uphold a positive and customer-friendly atmosphere
Requirements of Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representatives or in a similar role
Skills and Knowledge desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure
- Familiarity with product or service knowledge
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
