Job Description

M42 is seeking a motivated and talented UAE National to join our team as a Senior Auditor, contributing to shaping the future of healthcare. This role presents an exciting growth opportunity for individuals eager to make an impact. We’re searching for a Senior Auditor for M42’s Internal Audit team. You’ll be working across financial, operational, IT, and cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance, integrity, and excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, governance, and controls.
  • Assess financial operations, IT systems, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory compliance to identify potential risks.
  • Identify inefficiencies and fraud risks, offering strategic recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and compliance teams to implement best practices and corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to key regulatory standards (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, etc.) and support regulatory audits.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Shape the annual audit plan, aligning it with M42’s business goals and future growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National with a family book.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of internal audit experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services (Management consulting experience is a plus!).
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, cybersecurity audits, and data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
