Duties of Innovation & Research Director

• Lead, manage, co ordinate, maintain, develop, monitor and evaluate the progress made for children within their specialist area.
• Make a full contribution to ensuring high expectations and standards in all aspects of school life with a particular focus on student well being, pastoral care, and enrichment programs.
• Work flexibly in supporting the day to day organization and management of the school.

Job Requirements of Innovation & Research Director

• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar role.
• Have proven experience of teaching innovation and research in a leadership position, or have experience in a similar role.
