Job Description
Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) is presently hiring qualified and skilled candidate for the job role a Sr Hr Executive. The successful candidate will be accountable for the development and implementation of overall HR strategies, plans, and processes across all branches to support organizational goal.
Duties of Sr Hr Executive
- Contract Management: Draft RFPs, SOW, KPIs, manpower plan budget, etc. for contract finalization.
- Review tenders and prepare an objective report.
- Renew contract as per agreed conditions and timeline.
- Supplier Management: Monitory day-to-day scope of works compliances.
- Monitor and investigate policy & process compliance.
- Investigate and guide suppliers or nay discrepant issues. Ensure these are legally
correct and in line with organization policy and practices. - Monitor HR reports of suppliers, flagging performance gaps.
- HR Policies and & Process: Research industry practice, study relevant Labour Laws, understand
organization practices. - Draft policies/ amendment in policies.
- Draft memos to branches/ Suppliers.
- Daft HR processes and monitor its implementation.
- Facilitate implementations on Information Management System.
- Guide Suppliers on implementation of Organization policies and any
amendments. - Update policy / process manual.
- Prepare budget for various contracts, ensure its accuracy and compliance.
- Review structural changes proposed by branches and give HR feedback.
- Invoice: Review invoices to ensure its accurate.
- Ensure the invoices are adhering to the SOW compliance.
- Ensure all payouts have been made as per the signed contracts.
- Ensure invoices reflect organization policy compliance.
- Impose KPI fines where applicable.
- HR Operation: Provide HR guidance and mentoring support the HR team to facilitate efficient
day-to-day functioning. - HR Projects: Participate proactively in any other HR projects that may be assigned.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of Sr Hr Executive
The requirements for job role of Sr Hr Executive are as under:
- Minimum: Master Degree in HR. Desired: Various HR Functions Certificates from reputed institutions.
- 15-20 Years+ of relevant HR Experience.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Operations exposure, Leading a dept/ unit, Labour Law handling are desirable.
- Advanced level hands-on experience is a must. Programming knowledge is desirable.
- Financial Skill: Budgeting, invoicing, reporting.
- Minimum: Fluency in English. Desired: Fluency in Arabic.
