Responsibilities of Call Center Representative
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about products, services, and resolve customer issues.
- Utilize scripts and training to handle various customer scenarios.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Meet performance targets for call quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Upsell products or services when appropriate.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels.
Requirements of Call Center Representative
- Previous experience of less than 1 year in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
