Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader Food & Beverage Service in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The job holder is responsible for leading and managing the food and beverage service team. This role involves overseeing the operations of the dining areas, ensuring exceptional service standards, training and guiding staff members, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities of Team Leader F&B Service
- Supervises workflow and sequence of service effectiveness during service and provides constant hands on support.
- Supervises closely and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Cashiering Procedures.
- Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
- Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and Jumeirah customer feedback procedures.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B support to all colleagues ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Madinat Jumeirah standards.
- Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOP in the F&B Standard’s Manual.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.

Requirements of Team Leader F&B Service
The requirements of Team Leader F&B Service are as under:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
- Fluent in English.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Problem solving skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Adaptability skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude.
