Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our export and private label beverage business. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, private label development, and the beverage industry, and will be responsible for driving growth in both export markets and private label partnerships

Key Accountabilities of Sales Manager

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow export and private label business.
  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets and private label sector.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs to achieve business goals, and monitor progress regularly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and private label partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing business relations with existing customers.
  • Develop custom beverage solutions for private label partners, ensuring product quality and brand alignment.

Market Research and Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences in various international markets.
  • Explore potential new markets and recommend entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product adaptation for different markets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
  • Liaise with marketing and R&D teams to customize products for clients and to align on branding and packaging.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences to guide future product development.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on sales activities, challenges, and achievements.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

Branding and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development of branding and marketing strategies for private label products in key markets.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and expand the network.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development within the beverage industry.
  • Experience in handling export sales and managing private label accounts is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in international markets.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with private label production processes and customization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
