Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator for On, who will be responsible for coordinating with multiple internal departments and external suppliers to maintain optimal operational effectiveness; coordinating the Visual merchandising teams’ day-to-day operations by providing administrative support to the team. This includes supporting all visual merchandising procedures, from managing records, ordering and receipt of materials, to organizing Visual Merchandising team’s workload to ensure work is delivered on time and in line with stakeholder expectations

Key Responsibilities

Operational

To maintains the records of each POS Layouts, which will be required during planning for proposal on layout changes as per the strategic requirements.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information reported daily from Retail Visual Merchandisers, communicates these to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinates with other Departments (e.g. Marketing and Brand Management) to ensure resources are available to promote events, product launches, and reflect festive or seasonal displays.
Maintains detailed records of Visual merchandising procurement activity, materials quantity and specifications etc.
Maintains detailed records of store and visual reference documents including, brand guidelines etc.
Organizes permits for full shop merchandising and visual changes in shops during promotions and brand takeovers for stakeholders in line with project requirements.
Coordinates with Logistics team and supervises the receipt and shipping of visual display materials
Checks materials to make sure all received materials meet quality and presentation standards
To work on the visual adaptation
Collaborate with managers to plan Visual merchandising activities in line with resourcing and stakeholder requirements
To coordinate with the supplier to produce visuals and VM elements
Animation creation and editing skills are essential
Update the new visual pictures and layouts and communicate to the BM and Marketing team and maintains the records of each POS which will be required during planning for proposal on layout changes
Responsible for documentation and administrational responsibilities

In order to be successful in this role, you should have

High School or equivalent.
1-3 years job related experience and minimum 1-year experience in Visual Merchandising – Field Work.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Retail industry experience.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
