Job Description

Flydubai is actively accepting applications from suitably qualified candidate for role of a Senior Officer Interline and Codeshare. The incumbent will be responsible to lead and ensure the delivery of operational activities including performance analysis of existing partnerships, fare benchmarking and update of fares and explores new partnership opportunities in alignment with flydubai’s interline / codeshare strategy.

Responsibilities of Senior Officer Interline and Codeshare

  • Analyses performance of existing agreements to ensure revenue maximization from existing partnerships.
  • Liaises with the IT / MIS team to create / schedule reports to monitor partner’s contribution, market trends, potential revenue opportunities.
  • Mentors and guides a team of interline & codeshare team officers.
  • Keeps abreast with MITA, IATA updates, manuals, concurrences (where applicable). Acts as a focal participant for working groups related to internal Interline projects.
  • Identifies any potential technical / commercial issues impacting day to day operations and ensures corrective action.
  • Monitors competitiveness of existing fares by analyzing market data and recommends fare updates in line with flydubai & partner’s pricing strategies.
  • Establishes processes aimed at reviewing the efficiencies and effectiveness of performance measurement KPIs.
  • Ensures that all Interline & codeshare partnerships are complementing and not cannibalizing flydubai’s business.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility requirements for role of Senior Officer Interline and Codeshare are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Finance / Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics (or Equivalent).
  • Preferred No of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 7.
