Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader – Hunting Business to drive new customer acquisition in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

 Key Responsibilities of Team Leader

  •  Sales Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead and manage a team of hunters focused on acquiring new telecom clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee deal closures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Team Management & Performance Optimization
  • Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, challenges, and success strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead tracking and sales forecasting
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and team performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth
  • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, pricing, and service improvements
  • Identify potential strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the telecom sector.
  • Proven track record in hunting sales, acquiring new customers, and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Expertise in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling telecom solutions, enterprise connectivity, or ICT services.
  • Strong network within the telecom, IT, and enterprise sectors.
