NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Senior Sales Coordinator.

- Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring alignment between sales teams and management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights, helping to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to upper management, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, collaborating with marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions to meet sales targets.
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered for maximum impact.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment to boost overall performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments, advising the sales team on potential impacts and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role within a dynamic industry.
- Certifications in sales management or customer relationship management (CRM) software are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is require; additional languages are a significant asset for engaging diverse client bases.
