Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Lead
- Digital Brand Planning: Partner with brands to translate global digital strategy and local brand plans into digital activation and always-on plans.
- Identify opportunities for digital to solve business challenges or fulfil the jobs to be done (JTBD) then pilot and scale these opportunities.
- Be the go-to-expert on data-driven marketing and advise brands on how to accelerate this as part of their plans.
- Define clear eco-systems with channel roles and holistic consumer journeys across Paid Owned and Earned
- Create a data framework for activations to monitor and evaluate digital campaign performance, including the creation of a test and learn agenda.
- Partner with DMC lead to ensure campaigns and always on plans are execute on time in full (OTIF).
- Capture learnings from activities and ensure these are scale across brand plans.
- Demonstrate digital thought leadership and creativity across channels, finding and executing opportunities while creating efficiencies.
- Elevate market learnings within Global brand and category digital communities to accelerate best practices across other markets.
- Consumer Experience: Drive best in class consumer experiences across all digital touchpoints with the objective of strengthening.
Requirements for Role of Digital Marketing Lead
- A associate degree in marketing or design and/or digital media degree.
- Minimum of 4+ years in Digital Marketing.
