Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator

• Collaborate on planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Craft captivating marketing copy and content for target audiences.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend adjustments for optimal results.
• Create and manage engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and graphics.
• Grow and nurture online communities through social media interaction.
• Stay on top of social media trends and implement new strategies for a strong online presence.
• Update and maintain the hotel’s website with fresh content and user-friendly navigation.
• Collaborate with other departments to create informative and engaging website content.
• Design and develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with planning and execution of promotional events and activities to attract new guests.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling, data entry, reporting).
• Remain organized and adaptable to manage diverse tasks and priorities.
• Work closely with other departments for a unified marketing approach.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements of Marketing Coordinator are as under:

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
