Job Description

Talabat presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Specialist People Operations in 25A Al Safa St – Al Wasl – Citywalk, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Specialist People Operations

  • HR Operations:
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
  • Process payroll changes, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience:
  • Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Plan and execute events, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Talent Development:
  • Assist with performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and engagement.

  • Collaboration:
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.

Requirements for Role of Specialist People Operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired
