Job Description
SAP Success Factors Consultant at Jumbo Group will lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SAP Success Factors – Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding modules to streamline their internal HR processes. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive successful implementation within their organization. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of SAP Success Factors Consultant
- Overall responsible for the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules- Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding.
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding processes, compliance, and reporting.
- Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules to design comprehensive solutions that address their internal business needs, adhere to regulatory requirements, and optimize efficiency.
- Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules. Including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other internal systems.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules configurations and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. Address any issues identified during testing and validation phases.
- Training and Change Management: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR users and managers on the functionalities and processes within SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding. Provide support and guidance to facilitate smooth adoption and change management.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within their internal HR ecosystem
Requirements for Role of SAP Success Factors Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Minimum of 3 end to end full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central, Recruitment and On- boarding.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors configuration, customization, and integration techniques within SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules.
- Experience in training and change management, with a focus on driving user adoption and maximizing the value of SAP Success Factors investments.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules, Processing, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of GCC region specific HR – Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding compliance requirements, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.
- Success Factors certification in Employee Central, Recruitment and On-boarding modules.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
